Questions that we often get asked from prospective users

We mainly offer our service to singles who are looking for marriage in a Halal way and are serious in their approach. This site is for Muslims of the Ahlul Sunnah wa Jamm’ah community. For those who are interested in increasing their knowledge, preparing for marriage and open to self-development.

Sure, you can secure your profile to private. Only your friends will see your profile picture. Others will see a generic picture with a locked logo. Your photo must be a suitable photo of yourself even if you decide to hide it.

You can easily register to our website through Facebook login.

You can have crystal-clear and crisp audio/video calls with your friends.

You can use our website on your mobile phone but we currently do not have an official app that can be downloaded via the app or play store. The website may not perform as good on a mobile therefore using it on a desktop is the best way. We are working on trying to make the mobile version more responsive.

You will need to register as either a standard (free) member or a Gold (paid) member in order to gain access to our pre-marital course. Gold members also have the option to take the exam free of charge and obtain a digital certificate when they pass.

We ensure we monitor our site closely to ensure that the appropriate behaviour is being maintained. We do not tolerate any abusive or disrespectful behaviour towards anyone. If you have any worries/concerns please contact us immediately.

Only Gold Members are able to send unlimited messages and digital gifts to other members. Standard members can search but not send messages unless they upgrade their account via their profile or purchase credits which allow them to send messages or digital gifts. There are various credit plans available to suit your needs.

In your profile you will find an option to “upgrade account” when you click on the cog or the 3 small dots on the right hand side. You can then follow the link to make payment which will allow you to upgrade to Gold Membership. If you have any problems please contact us.

Credits are for standard members who would like to send messages or digital gifts to other members. There are different options available to suit your needs. This option allows standard members to use a “pay as you go” type of service if they choose not to upgrade to Gold Membership straight away.

The videos for the pre-marital course do not play correctly in the Safari browser. Please try an alternative browser such as Google Chrome to watch the videos for the course. Ensure the volume is turned on for the video.

In your profile, click on the cog which will take you to the settings for your account. You can then see the option to “delete account”.

We offer 2 types of memberships: Standard (Free) and Gold (Paid) which allows users to first explore the website and decide whether or not they want to upgrade to Gold which involves a one off sign-up fee. Additionally, once the code for the exam and the link to a free coaching session has been sent, no refund can be made unfortunately. Users are able to browse profiles on the Standard membership before upgrading to Gold.
